It’s interesting how Lexi and Rose were speaking about Stefan’s love for Elena in a similar way, both in the cars(#road) and as ghosts(#they can see everything). I am laughing because the finale proved that Elena chose Stefan in 3x22 and 4x01 because she was sublimating her feelings for Damon by being with Stefan. That’s what the “best”/”worst” choice parallel was about.
